A cabin designed for tractors for temperature, air purity and noise levels control at a comfortable working point, operator protection against solar irradiation, weather, impacts, falling objects and maximizing productive capacity through the creation of a station for comfortable and safe operation.
CONSTRUCTIVE ASPECTS
The AGROLEITE cabin is constructed with steel profiles, the one of this component is its own and with sections 55x30[mm], thickness 2.25[mm], according to the standard AISI 1010. Such a section is designed with a focus on maximizing structural stability of the cage without adversely affecting the operator's field of vision.
The MIG welding under the AWS family of standards is tested with relevant methods and equipment, conferring reliability to the structure.
The strength of the structure is tested to determine the distribution of safety coefficients in the metal structure.
The assembly of the cage, or basic structure of the cabin, is conferred with special metrology techniques, as well as its component parts, aiming at repeatability of the numerical tests in laboratory and quality control tests.
FINISHING AND COMFORT
The closed workstation provided by the cabin offers a pvc and tapestry inner finishing, so as to reduce noise level and to improve visual comfort.
Cold fluid dispersion is maximized through multi-point flexible positioning blowers with movable grids. The temperature is controlled through an air conditioning system, with a heat rate of about 18000[BTU/h], and three thermostat adjustment points.
